Dr Ajay Pai is a Consultant Surgical Gastroenterologist, Endoscopist and Laparoscopic surgeon adept at treating benign and malignant (cancer) diseases of the gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary tract. After completing MS General Surgery from Grant Medical College and Sir J J Group of hospitals, Mumbai , he has done 3 years of super speciality training in GI surgery and Liver Transplant from the very prestigious King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. His special area of interest is robotic and laparoscopic surgeries for gastrointestinal cancer, colorectal diseases and complex hernias. He has a particular inclination in treating pelvic floor problems and advanced proctologic procedures. He is also equally trained to perform therapeutic endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures. He has a vast clinical and surgical experience of over 10 years
