He has done his basic medical training (MBBS) from Madurai Medical College, Madurai. He has completed MD (Anaesthesiology & Critical care) from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi and later Senior residency from the same institute. Having developed special interest towards organ transplantation procedures, he then pursued his Fellowship in Liver Transplant Anaesthesiology & critical care at MAX hospital, New Delhi. He has gained opulent experience in perioperative management of Organ transplant surgeries (Liver & Renal transplants), Thoracic surgeries (one lung ventilation, open / VATS), Bariatric surgeries, Pediatric cases including neonatal surgeries, High-risk Obstetric patients, Robotic surgeries (urology, otorhinolaryngology, gynecology and thoracic surgeries) and expertise in Ultrasound guided regional anesthetic techniques & Intensive care unit experience.
